6 years ago I was given the greatest gift ever. You forget about the first time you kissed a boy, the first time you drove a car and the day you got your drivers license. YOu forget all about your first date and they way it felt to hold a guys hand for the first time. You forget all about the milestone in your life when you are making your own money with your very first job. You forget about the day you walked down that isle when you finally graduated from high school. You forget about all the great things that happened to you in your life the day you hold your child for the first time. That is the greatest accomplishment you will ever have in your life. That was the greatest day of my life.

While I don't have children,
While I don't have children, I really look forward to that opportunity to just hold and cherish a child of mine that I truly love with all of my heart, knowing that I would do anything to see him/her grow up and become an adult. I can't wait to be able to experience the feeling and love that can't be expressed through anything but one's own child. Thank you for giving me a glimpse of something truly great to look forward to.

This is truly touching and inspiring all at the same time, the moment we think are so precious, are placed in the back seat once we touch the skin of our own little one for the very first time is amazing.

Something wonderful, something very deep inside you changes when you hold your first child. The pain of childbirth and whatever discomfort you felt while pregnant just fades away when you gaze upon that tiny little human that you are now responsible for. It's scary and exciting and amazing all at the same time.
