My triplets went off to school on Monday, this was a huge step for them and for me. For the past five years I have been their world and now their world has gotten larger. When each of them got off of the bus I had homemade cookies for them, they had each drawn me a picture saying how much they love me and missed me.
When asked what mommy does now that they are in school. They all said my mommy rest, she needs her rest because she deserves a break.
how sweet is that.

That is so sweet, I cried on my child's first day of school, and I felt lost for weeks as my house just seemed so empty, but he loves school and its great to see him growing up and making friends. Its not only incredibly sweet, but so thoughtful of them to understand at their young age they know that you work hard and think that you need a rest.
Kids can really be so
Kids can really be so adorable and the best part is you know for sure when kids say something, they truly mean it because they have not yet learnt the evils of life. So that makes us even happier when they say something really cute and sweet.

As a teacher in early childhood education, I see this happen a lot. It's so cute to see how much children love their parents, and also how much they want to learn to do things on their own and how eager they are to learn.

My kids are older, with my youngest being 15, but those magical days of Mommy being the most important person in a little one's life will never be forgotten. Cherish them while you can because they grow up oh, so fast, and you'll soon wonder where your babies went. Remind them when they're teenagers that you need your rest then, too!
