A Bright Spot

This is a beautiful fact. I guess God uses this as a way to help his children fend for themselves always and believe that He is watching at all times.

God loves us all.
He will help anyone in need. It is true that you should not always beg for his help and should try to solve things on your own, but know that he will always be there for you :)

This may be a nice sentiment but it is not biblical. The Bible clearly tells us that God helps the helpless. It is only when we humbly approach Him and admit our need that we find the help. I agree to you,because according to the Islam and from the "holy Qhuran" it had been declared that helping others will really help you but do not expect any thing from that help.

Helping others is something everyone should do. If God sees you helping others, especially the less fortunate, He will smile on you :)

The Bible say in 2 Timothy:1-2 that ".. God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.". He's given us everything we need to accomplish what is in line with His will, through the help of the Holy Spirit. Phillippians 4:6 also says "... but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Is this a contradiction? I don't think so. God wants us to talk to Him, tell him our hopes and fears, ask Him for His help. This doesn't mean just sitting back and waiting but listening for the guidance of the Holy Spirit in solving your problems.

It's great to try to help yourself before looking to others even if it feels like you should.

I totally agree with this statement. Many people sit around and exrect God to provide everything for them without trying to provide it for themselves.

I agree with this post 100%. People usually believe that God will take care of the issues without putting any effort into the Problem. Only when you have tried your best will God take the last step to make the resolution appear.

Whether it's technically Biblical or not, I still agree with the statement. I think that once you start working to solve your problems, God will come in and help.

Agreed. You first need to put your life in perspective and want to take action. With motivation, the pieces can fall into place.

if we dont have confidence, god should not give anything to us..

Then if you do everything yourself why need god at all?
