On the 15th of this month, a group of friends a I went over to an orphanage to celebrate the day of our Indian Independence. We distributed flags for them to wave around and taught them a few patriotic songs. Their faces lit up like little stars which was so truly satisfying. The best way to celebrate anything is to share your joy.
