I learned a major lesson today. Les Paul died. I've been meaning to see him perform in NYC for years. He played Mondays for years and I kept pushing it off. Now, I'll never get to hear the man that made the electric guitar. Do what matters!

Has anyone seen the dog that learned how to walk on its hind legs? Its the greatest inspiration for anyone trying to do anything. It was born with no legs and learned how to walk on its hind legs.

I have always wanted to run a marathon, but I've always come up with reason why I couldn't do it: too much school, too much work, I probably wouldn't be able to do it anyways, etc. I thought the closest I would ever get would be watching my friend run a marathon this spring. While I waited for him at the finish line, I saw three women cross the finish line together, hands held high in triumph. Each woman had on pink clothing a wore a head scarf to keep their heads because of what I guessed was chemotherapy.
